Oil Seals

Valve stem seals provide a controlled leak of oil to allow the valve stem to be lubricated as it slides in the valve guide. The amount of oil that passes the valve stem seal must be carefully regulated, as too little oil causes stem and guide wear. Too much oil causes carbon to accumulate, resulting in valve seat damage, more emissions, decreased efficiency in oil consumption, and decrease in volumetric efficiency.

TC Transmission Seals

Many power steering applications use high-pressure hydraulic systems where seals are critical components, playing an important role in preventing pressure loss.

Our power steering seals retain steering fluid in high-pressure applications while allowing for reduced friction in the various parts of a power steering unit. Our expertise and extensive production experience enables us to create advanced steering seal designs for traditional hydraulic and fuel efficient electric steering systems.

                             Our Range Includes:

For hydraulic systems

- Pump seals

- Input seals

- Pinion seals

- Rack seals

For electric systems

- Seals for the electric motor

The TC Transmission Seal is designed to prevent oil leakage while also keeping water and dirt out. The rubber exterior to create a strong seal at the hub while the spring lining the circumference ensures that the seal maintains pressure on the axle shaft during its lifetime.

Automotive Shock Absorber Oil Seal

The shock absorber seal is a special seal made of synthetic rubber designed to be oil, weathering, and abrasion resistant. The seal needs to be especially well fitted to keep dirt out of the cylinder.
